As a result of "Scorpio's" popularity, there was an increasing demand to extend the line up for larger functions and bookings not only for more impact on stage but also to create a more dynamic sound with additional vocals and instruments. Mystique as a 3 piece band includes the talents of Samantha Mooney, Brett Mooney and Melissa Jolley.

Mystique also has the ability to expand to four or five piece, including the talents of world class professional musicians playing guitar, percussion or brass and adding layering vocals.

Mystique have had the opportunity to perform at venues such as Palazzo Versace, Grand Mecure Hotel Broadbeach, Hervey Bay Boat Club, Southport Sharks, Hyatt Coolum, Customs House Brisbane and many other private functions. We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to any situation, providing excellent entertainment to suit our client's requirements.

Melissa Jolley - Vocals

Melissa, Samantha's sister, recently relocated back to the Gold Coast after performing in both the duo Shadow FX and an aspiring originals band in Melbourne for the past few years. She is a talented vocalist and an exciting supplement to Brett and Sam’s vocals. She brings not only her warm stage presence but also her outstanding vocals to blend seamlessly with dramatic effect.

Melissa has enjoyed being part of the recording process for the originals band Naked in Melbourne, and more recently doing backing vocals on Samantha's original tracks.

Melissa also enjoys taking the lead for particular songs whilst performing in Mystique and gives them her own style.

Mystique can also add a world class percussionist and vocalist to increase their line-up.
